There are 3 ways to accept someone
- Accept them for who and what they are
- Accept them for what you want them to be
- Accept them for who you want them to be
2 and 3 will always end in failure. People will change because they want to. They will be who they are and trying to change them or expecting them to be something they are not will never work.
One of the most wonderful things in the world is who you choose to be vulnerable around. In a way it is the scariest and freeing thing in the world
Life is like a bed of roses. Looks beautiful from the outside, but when you climb in, there are thorns that scratch and scar you, leaving many scars that are rarely seen but effect you in ways not often noticed. The scars we have hold their own beauty. Something that makes us who we are. Being confident enough to show those scars and let someone else see the wonderful person that has been built from all the trials life has to offer is something indeed.
The most wonderful thing in the world is who you choose to be vulnerable around. In a way it is the scariest and freeing thing in the world.
Watch the snowflakes fall,
see the beauty in the things around you,
Take another look at all the people that have meaning to you and all the thing that make them special.
Those are the things that make life worth living.
Life is but a thought, a feeling, an experience.
Without sadness we know not what happiness is.
Without the bad times, we cannot appreciate the good times.
As without darkness, we cannot truly see the light.
Life is a manner of perspective, without both sides we cannot really see either.
Finding someone that you want to wake up next to and never let go can make the drab colors of reality bright and vivid
if life is just full of foibles, then who are we to judge the wrongness
On the winds of fate, do we by our choices, change the course we fly, or is the choice an illusion. It it is us that makes the choice, then what is fate, but a manor of our own choosing.
To walk the mountains, to stroll the sands by the sea, to riminess about the past, and speculate for the future. May the brightness you bring into my life ever light the way.
To show me what I can be, what I am, and remind me of all I have been. Let me see through your eyes what has been, what is, and what dreams may unfold in the future. for those things I am indebt to you, and makes me love you more every day.
in bleak nights and hopeless days, to whom is it that I look for solace, for comfort, for a reason to exist through all the trials and tribulations? To mine own, to the comfort, the love, to all that I cherish. It is to you that I look and all washes away in a sea of love. Through you all things are possible.
When life has lost all it's glitter and hope seems lost. Look to those you hold dear, the memories that brought joy. See those people and embrace those are the things that make life worth living.
